We do things a little differently here. Intrepid Nitro Coffee and Tea Bar keeps five coffees and two teas on nitro taps at all times, poured smooth, cold, and ridiculously good. Every drink starts with high-quality coffee beans and loose-leaf teas sourced from small businesses and local companies we’re proud to support.

The Nitro Difference

Nitro-infused drinks are charged with nitrogen gas and poured from a tap, giving them a smooth, creamy texture and that signature cascading pour you see. The nitrogen softens the acidity and brings out the natural flavor of the coffee or tea, so you get a rich, bold taste without needing to load it up with sugar or cream.

At Intrepid, the focus is on the quality of the coffee and tea itself, and the nitro process that makes it taste the way it should. So we like to keep it simple and let the ingredients do the talking.That means we don’t offer flavored syrups like a traditional coffee shop. For those who like a little sweetness, we offer pure Vermont maple syrup and real honey.In a lot of ways, the experience here is like a craft brewery for coffee and tea. Rotating taps, small-batch ingredients, and people who genuinely enjoy the process as much as the final product. If you love good coffee, you’ll get it right away.
